Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAnytime something is needed... — Anytime something is needed, the office staff is great. However, there are issues that drive me insane. The apartment consistently smells like weed from my surrounding neighbors. I have addressed this with the office, however, not much can be done. Maintenance is a little slow, but they will eventually get to you. Nice price for area of town.

Nice property and grounds. The apartments are kept in great condition my management. Parking can be a problem at times. Close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions.

|Recommended: YesSatisfied — I feel like things could be better but all the staff here is pretty polite and I don't have any issues with that. Sometimes we don't have enough parking or maintenance is lacking my neighbor behind my unit and above me are loud with banging against the walls. Walking hard and loud scooting things across the floor like they no they are noisy but don't care.
